The image is clear. Schools in Arizona and New Mexico are in need of
assistance and more budget cuts are sure to come. With an increasingly
diverse and growing student population mixed with higher operating
costs, the effect is being felt by everyone – from the school districts
to those who serve them. Unfortunately it is ultimately the
students and teachers who must still meet their acheivement
expectations within the limitations imposed.
This conference, the first educational event under NCLE's
Save our Schools education reform initiative, will proactively
address ways schools can realize efficiencies, find funding,
save money and reinvest those savings back into the
schools – all while creating a healthier and productive
learning environment for all.
Attendees will be empowered through informative
sessions in which tools will be shared to allow immediate
implementation. Additionally, you will have time to
interact with your peers and share best practices and
lessons learned. Our hope is you will leave here
motivated to create a positive change in your own district
– and armed with the tools to make it happen!
